Depending on what time of the year you travel, you could see spectacular river crossings or catch the dramatic calving season. The Serengeti is home to the greatest concentration of wildlife on Earth and is a truly magnificent safari experience. Spend your last few days unwinding in the peaceful atmosphere of Zanzibar Pearl Boutique Hotel & Villas – Garden Oyster Suites private ocean-front bungalows. Explore the rest of Spice Island on day trips to the historical Stone Town and Prison Island, and the fragrant spice plantations. Itinerary

You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and our driver will bring you to your Hotel in Moshi.

You will be picked up at your hotel and will go on a three-hour drive to the East African Rift in the Lake Manyara National Park. When you get there, the roof will be opened up for the first game drive. You will cross the forest and keep your eyes open for monkeys of all different species, elephants lumbering between the trees, and many
other inhabitants of the forest. You are certain to encounter large herds of buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and
giraffes in the grass-covered flood plains. Also, look at the trees – you might see a lion dozing on the branches. At the marshy riversides of the Lake Manyara salt lake, you will find water birds like flamingos, pelicans and cormorants.

After breakfast, you will head to the famous Serengeti National Park. On your way, you will pass the Ngorongoro
Conservation Area, the “African Eden”, which has a very rich variety of vegetation and species. Soft hills, dormant volcanoes, and stunning jungles provide a breath-taking view. During migration from January to March, millions of wildebeests and zebras pass the Serengeti Plains and the edges of Ngorongoro. When you enter Serengeti through the Nabi Gate, you will have an impressive first impression.

This day begins in the heart of Serengeti, the Seronera Valley, among umbrella thorn acacias and huge fig trees.
The range of hills in the north feeds several waterholes which attract numerous impalas, antelopes, reedbucks, and baboons. Hippos splash around in the water, leopards rest on the acacias and lions take naps in the high grass. This day is completely devoted to game drives in Serengeti. You can decide how you would like to organize the day.

Another day in the Serengeti, the oldest and most popular national park in Tanzania. The safari adventure starts early in the morning and usually ends with the sunset, some fatigue and if you like a cold beer around the campfire. The park is famous for its big cats (lions, cheetahs and leopards) and the vast plains where the herds of wildebeest and zebra make an annual migration of about 800 km. Your driver will explain to you with what skill you can survive this.

After breakfast, you will return to the nearest airstrip for your scheduled short-haul flight to Zanzibar. After landing at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, you will be transferred by road straight to the superb Zanzibar Pearl Boutique Hotel & Villas - Garden Oyster Suites on the north-eastern coast. Settle into your spacious suite, set in a beautiful garden with sensational views of the powdery white-sand beach and clear aquamarine waters from your private veranda.

Day 7 :
Zanzibar

After all the Serengeti action, you might want to do nothing except soak up the sun beside the pool with a refreshing cocktail from the lodge's bar. Pamper yourself with wonderful, de-stressing massages and spa treatments. If you are feeling active, set out on diving and snorkelling excursions to discover the Mnemba Atoll - a renowned reef and fascinating underwater world. Or simply hop onto one of the lodge's complimentary kayaks and explore the surrounding turquoise waters. Day trips can also be arranged to explore the historical cobbled streets of Stone Town, the island capital's old quarter, buzzing with colourful markets and local flavours. Feast on fresh seafood combined with local produce. Lunch is usually a buffet-style blend of African and European dishes, and dinner features various fish, meat and vegetarian options. Marvel at the gorgeous sunset every night with a delicious drink in hand.

Day 8 :
Zanzibar

Another day to soak up in the cool clear beaches of Zanzibar or tour Stone Town an excellent cultural and historical experience, while the short spice tour imparts insight into why Zanzibar is known as the Spice Island.
